WHAT TO DO IF THE MEXICAN MASTERPIECE YOU RECIVED IS DAMAGED
1) Send an e-mail to inform us at email@example.com within 2 day of receiving the product. 2) Return the product to us with in 1 week of receipt, packed in the same way we sent it and using the same messenger service. 3) You may choose to get a refund, get another product free of shipping charge or request credit.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU WANT TO RETURN THE MASTERPIECE FOR ANY OTHER REASON
Follow steps 1 and 2, above. We will give you a credit for the amount of the product (it won’t include the cost of first shipping). The masterpiece must be in perfect condition in order to get the credit.
