Enjoy a \u201cPaloma\u201d (tequila, grapefruit, lime, grapefruit soda, spice rim), my favorite, \u201cLa Mula\u201d (mezcal, lime, ginger beer, jugo Maggie, spice rim) or a \u201cBonita\u201d (honey ginger rum, rice milk, agave, cinnamon rim).<\/p>\n
A bucket of beer in the hot summer months sounds like a great idea, \u201cChelas\u201d.<\/p>\n
I remember when I read the menu for the first time, I was so happy. This is how the menu of a real Cantina in Central Mexico looks like.<\/p>\n
They have all kind of Mexican snacks and plates. \u201cBotanas\u201d, \u201cAntojitos\u201d, \u201cPambazos\u201d, \u201cCeviche\u201d, \u201cPulpo a la veracruzana\u201d or \u201cQuesadillas\u201d. Everything cooked with fresh ingredients. Thank you Chef Daniel!<\/p>\n

My suggestion is take the risk and order \u201clengua\u201d or \u201cTuetano\u201d if you eat meat. Order the vegetarian version of Quesadilla de \u201cHuitlacoche\u201d, corn smut, if you are vegetarian, and enjoy a culinary trip to Central Mexico. You won\u2019t be disappointed.<\/p>\n
It is important to mention that the service matches the fabulous food.<\/p>\n
