| RETURN POLICY
WHAT TO DO IF THE MASTERPIECE THAT YOU RECIVED IS DAMAGED.
1) Send us an e-mail to inform us at service@mexicanmasterpieces.net with in 2 day of receipt of the product.
2) Return the product to us with in 1 week of having received it, packed in the same way we sent it and using the same messenger service.
3) You can decide if you want a refund, get another product free of shipping charge or request credit.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU WANT TO RETURN THE MASTERPIECE FOR ANY OTHER REASON
FOLLOW STEPS 1 AND 2.
We will give you a credit for the amount of the product (it won’t include the first shipping cost).
The masterpiece must be in perfect shape in order to get the credit.
